1. Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.
We do not accept returns for digital products, gift cards, final sale items, or used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
We will offer a free replacement, a full refund, or store credit.
4. Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
For other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
6. How to Start a Return
Contact support@dumplingssquishy.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged.
We will respond with instructions on how to ship your item back.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier for assistance.
